Nothing in the screenshot says the spots are already filled so I think it's worth at least an attempt if you can make it through whatever IP barrier is there. Besides, the spots are going to be chosen by lottery (抽選 instead of first come, first serve, on the 23rd (meaning you have until then to find a work-around) so I don't see why they would hold the lottery at any time before the end of the sign up period. And according to the screenshot, the beta test begins on the 28th.

Sign ups finished about 10 minutes after I posted that screen shot. You can't even reach that page anymore because it tells you you're too late when you hit the beta link.

If I recall correctly, the sareteiru part of that is keigo for shteiru so that means "You are already registered" not "The registrations are already done". To even make that part grammatically correct for "The registrations are already done", it would absolutely have to be　既に応募がされています. The ga particle is that important.

If it was closed, they'd say something more like "応募は既に終了いたしました"

The first time I clicked the apply button, i did not get that message of "You are already registered" . But the second time, I did.

I'm going to check out their blog now.

EDIT: p.s. I'm really self-conscious about getting my message correct in order to prevent misunderstandings by anyone (not just the person it's directed to) so I do edit my posts.... a lot!

I've tried a physical LAN and not even that worked.
This internet company sucks and won't let me connect more than 1 comp at a time to the internet even though I had to pay to get my desktop registered with them.
My MAC addresses are registered with the company and those aren't don't recieve internet.

Wait wait, if you people are registering, how are you.. after the signups closed? And, uh, what proxy program are you using? I found a ton of good HTTP proxies but they aren't supported in proxifier.

Also, does anyone know anything about forums? We really should setup a dragon nest forum in general.. for all versions. This thread is cluttered and it's hard to find useful things. lol.
