How do you dispute a closed Ticket?

So it looks like we all got the same response which shows they never read any of our tickets just decided to close them with a copy and paste response. I sent a ticket in pretty much saying ok game on whos your lawyer. Also I keep hearing you violated the TOS and yet no one has showed me the part of the TOS that says having a duped item is reason for a perma ban. I'm not saying it doesn't exist I just haven't seen it. Also, if there going to hide behind the TOS I can play that too I want everyone banned who made an account under the age of 18.

I feel like this is something you would see in a news paper comic strip like the cartoon guy saying oh man our complaint in box is full how will we ever deal with all these problems oh I know just highlight all and delete, now we have a great customer service.

Everyone gets the exact same response if its getting too close to 1 month with the press of one button.

WOW, Just wow this is stupid I log on 30 mins before that sever check to patch thge chaos scroll crap and I trade soem equips for chaos scrolls then log off, that was IT...This is a joke!

They closed all open tickets on the subject yesterday with the same cut and paste responce, it was about to go over 1 month since the thing happened.

It's not a huge deal even though i had over max mesos in just items, I'm in Mardia now with bad items but still I could have MTS'ed everything for NX. -_-

I posted a new ticket asking for resolution rather than a rubber stamp response. Coincidentally that's the exact same thing I posted on the BBB and I didn't get a rubber stamped response, but I still got the same message about customer service not available through third parties. Whatever.

Hundreds of tickets have the wip stamp on them and were not closed yesterday I think.
Just looks like they got frustrated and rubber stamped all open ones. So yeah. I'll probably keep asking nicely until I get a response that a GM -actually- looked into the account. If they remove the scrolls then we don't really stand to profit from the glitch. f7

I was stocking up on Dual Blade early, I have 12 Wagners some very well scrolled ones and even 5 Liu Beis and over 200 60% dagger scrolls. 11 DEX single earring u/h, 28DEX bathrobe, u/h, 14 att gloves 16 att some 10 att, many other scrolls nice pacs, I could go on, lol...but man it's pretty sad to lose everything like that...And it wouldn't be that bad if No one actually got unbanned but instead some people get unbanned but the the others get the cold shoulder.

When you try to log in the account, does it say the account is banned from misconduct or something? or does it say this http://pwntime.com/naturedragon/Maple%20...20perm.jpg

I think we can contact BBB now and say customer service is completely automated and they took whats mine because I mistyped my password 5 times and refuse to give it back.

Logged another ticket I think 2 days ago and it was closed again today saying bullshit about "duplicate only have one ticket open at a time blah, blah blah" when I don't have another open cause the morons closed it saying I hacked/abused you know the same thing everyone got!

I'm gonna keep opening them over and over again once they close them, maybe one day in life they will actually look at it...But there's a better chance of Obama knocking on my front door with a Million Dollar Check.

Agreed. It seems every time people are put into a situation to deal with Nexon their first thoughts are to begin mindlessly spamming them. What in any way is productive about that? At best you're just going to annoy the piss out of them and accomplish nothing more than having your ticketing privelages removed for future use.

Seriously... my ticket was a page long single spaced, but I got the same copy/paste response everyone else got (prolly a TLR), addressing nothing I said.
*sigh* ... Gonna try emailing them and hope a real person reads my ticket.
