Whats your favorite Frontier attraction?
#1
From either of the two incarnations of the series, which is your favorite area in the battle frontier?

if you cant remember them, heres a list (please excuse the corny introduction):

Battle Tower (x2)
- straight battles: single, double, multi battles are the name of the game.

Battle Factory (x2)
- Use rental pokemon of either levels 50 or 100, fight against opponents with rental pokemon. upon victory, you may use one of your opponents rental pokemon in place of one of your own to fight the next opponent. eacy victory gives you the option to trade one of your own team with one of your previous' opponents pokemon. Will your wits and knowledge help you overcome the odds?

Battle Pike
- 7 chambers, 3 rooms in each chamber. Pick a door and hope for the best. Either nothing will happen, your team is inflicted with a status condition, you fight a trainer, or a wild pokemon, or one/all of your team is healed. Workers in each room will give you hints as to what may be in each door. Will your luck lead you to victory?

Battle Dome
- Set as a pokemon tournament, with each trainer having 3 pokemon, and fighting in a seeded tourney to win the competition. Will your team take the trophy at the end and reign victorious?

Battle Pyramid
- Find your way through the darkness and reach the top of the pyramid. You will meet wild pokemon and other trainers inside, and with every victory you get, your field of view is widened to illuminate more of the darkness. Will you be able to see through the darkness and reach the end of this labyrinth?

Battle Palace
- Set your pokemon loose to fight on their own. Trainers are unable to give commands to their pokemon, and each pokemon will fight according to their natures and feelings. Do you trust your pokemon enough to lead you to victory?

Battle Arena
- A 3-round based tournament. Each pokemon is allotted only 3 moves, and afterwards will be judged on the 3 merits of Body, Mind, and Skill, and the winner will be decided either by a KO or the judges decision of who performed best out of those 3 areas. Will your pokemon have the spirit to fight its way to victory?

Battle Arcade
- The roulette wall calls the shots in this 3-on-3 style match. The wall can affect the status of either trainers team, if there will be a weather effect in play or not, whether or not either trainer will be given berries/items for their pokemon or not, or even the wall itself may be affected by the outcome. There may even be no effect whatsoever! Will you be able to overcome the odds?

Battle Castle
- Here you choose 3 pokemon and face your opponent in a regular battle. However, after each round you are awarded "Castle Points," which you can use to heal your teams HP/PP, weaken/strengthen your opponents by 5 levels, give your team an item or a berry, reveal one, two, or all of your next opponents pokemon's identities, or upgrade your list of available items/berries to choose from, or save the points up; its all up to you. Will you be wise with how you spend your points and be able to be crowned king/queen?

Battle Hall
- Here it's one pokemon versus 10 opponents of your choosing. Pick your favorite pokemon, and enter the stage, where you will pick your opponents pokemon type. All 17 types are available to choose from, and you have 10 rounds to go through before you can win the challenge, and each time you pick one type, the next choice of that type will be stronger than the last. Can your star pokemon shine through all the opponents and gain fame as well as victory?

Personally, i enjoyed the Arcade, Pike, Dome, and Hall. The Factory always gave me troubles, the most ive ever gotten in terms of win-streaks there were 16.

I like the Pike because it produces lulzy results sometimes, Factory because I don't have to actually train my d00ds, and I learn a fair bit about what does and does not work from experimenting, and the Dome... I dunno. I just like the Dome.

Factory and Pike definitely.

Pike was the only one I cleared before I lost my emerald version. T_T

surprised no one likes the pyramid. i thought it was more challenging than enjoyable myself, but it was still interesting.
though, battle palace can go choke on itself, and the results are rightly showing that. fighting based on a pokemon's nature, what a joke.
