How do you dispute a closed Ticket?

Just curious, but cant you just submit another ticket after yours got closed? I havent dealt with the ticketing system in ages, but their only threat is to permanently ban you if you keep submitting redundant tickets, and you're...permanently banned anyways, so you have nothing to lose, right? Or am I missing something?

I'll share my previous experience with bans and the ticketing system:
I was banned for "bigfoot glitching" back in September '08 I believe it was. This was back when a lot of people got banned. Still to this day I'm not sure why I was banned, because I only visited Crimsonwood once before my ban (which was a few days after its release), and I never used shadow web (did hit bigfoot a few times with regular Nightlord attacks though). During the time, I did leech (which is perfectly legit) off another character (not BIGFOOT LEECH, skele leech), and I leveled somewhat rapidly (10 levels in about 5 days at level 110-120). It was concluded by the community that nexon probably used a threshold of exp gain to ban people, because there were a lot of unjust bans.

When I submitted a ticket, I was told that my ban wouldn't be lifted (basically same reply as you), and that was it. I tried to submit a few more tickets, and they all just got closed. On about my 4th "duplicate" ticket, I got warned that if I continued to appeal my ban I would be suspended from the ticketing system.

So yeah, duplicate tickets will achieve absolutely nothing. Once they've made a decision... not reversible. Trust me, I know it sucks - been there.

What did you write in your ticket to them? and have you spent a ton of your real money, I guess theres some law that once you have spent a certain amount of money on something you technically own it while it can still be taken away from you they are required to provide you with accurate customer service and them giving you a response one month later of I don't care isnt good enough. I'm sorry that you cant get it back that really sucks but with my time off I've realized what a horrible game MS is and company Nexon is. Runes of Magic is fun there goal isnt to steal your money, infact there charging system went down the other day and they didnt abandon everything else to get that back on track so they could make money, they stayed on course addressed the problem but realized them making money wasn't more important than happy customers.

The BBB cant do anything because they have the right to ban you if they feel its 'appropirate.' Their ToS allows them to have a complete Totalitarianistic government type of corporation.
Is it a perma ban, cause if its not I'd just wait it out, but if its a perma ban, I would spam an appeal every time that my ticket would be closed.

Idk.. every ticket i filed had an answer that solved my problem and it never took more then a few days to get it answered...

perm ban means ill never get access to my account =X
i just want a response from nexon about whether i will be unban or not. If i wont be unban, i rather delete maple story now & move on to ps.

1) Pretty sure that's somewhere on their website, easy copy and paste.

2) Generally everyone got unbanned, how long did yours take, if you say less than a week you're a liar.

3) NX is a different priority.

3. It still happened...

I siad my tickets got a answer and a satisfyingly one at that... your post doesn't disprove anything...

I guess you aren't getting the hint when I said "what questions". I was implying that the questions you asked were not questions difficult to answer. Such as, email changing, getting hacked and asking for compensation, disconnect hack, ect ect.

The questions you asked were standard, NX is a priority and proven easily with a log. Also the MAC instructions are pretty straight forward from what I read. Doesn't sound like you asked anything more than cookie cutter questions, hence the "what questions". That's like saying Nexon's ticketing system is competent because they answered how I download maplestory.

I never said it was competent i just said I've never had a personal problem with it... you seem to be making assumptions...

..You've never had a problem with it because you've been asking cookie cutter questions that are easily solved. Report a glitch to nexon, perhaps the dc hack? Maybe the E-mail exploit? Tell me how that ticket goes.

First... off... I've... never... run... into... those... problems... so... I've... never... had... to... report... them... Second... I... did... not... once... glorify... the... ticketing... system... I... simply... stated... I've... never... had... a... problem... with... it... and... regardless... of... how... easy... the... question... was... it...was...still...answered... Third... maybe...if... you... were... not... so... anal... on... the... situation... you... might... not...respond...like...a...jack... ass... over ... a ... very...blunt...and...unimportant...statement

That "..." is called an ellipsis, and is always three periods, no more, no less. I believe the word you're looking for is spelled "comma" as well. And I'll leave the rest of the errors for you to find and correct.

And Chameleonic, use this as an opportunity to uninstall Maplestory and go outside for a bit. I never regretted my time playing Maplestory, but Nexon made it an intolerable experience that I cannot and shall not support anymore.

Oh my. What has happened to this thread. Seriously, just because your experience with the ticketing system hasn't been the greatest, that doesn't mean the reverse can't be true for another individuals case. I know I've had both my negative and positive run-ins with the ticketing system.
