anyone know why i failed the verification?

i never charged nx using pay pal so wtp is going on? Does getting ip ban cause pay pal verification to fail?

My ip got banned from the free nx because i used nexon information for the survey.

Yes a ban wil most likely misscredit you from using PayPal. If you were caught faking the surveys, there you have it. It might also be because you try to charge NX from an IP that's not about the same as the one you signed up from originally.
And of course they answer tickets about billing faster. That involves your or their money. A ban inquiry is of course less important because that is in 90% of the cases the players own fault for abusing or hacking. Why would they serve that with haste? O_o

Nah, faking the surveys won't get a suspension from Paypal....getting banned probably blocked you.

I completely agree with CoB. Also, I have the same problem, but I logged a ticket.

thats my bishop acc. im talking about my evan acc

and no i did really use nexon america address and phone number. they pissed me off by banning my high lvl accounts so i just used their info.

p.s i did do a lot of survey to get nx on my banned bishop account so when it gets unban i would buy the perm evan package. also think about sending the package if i dont get unban by may 1st. but i wont do that now because one person on this forum said his request for unbanning got rejected.
