I have no care for stats and I usually tire out of a look before 30 days so this is fine for me. Even more so that I have 2 Avatar outfit that I like and are permanent.

I don't normally join guilds, but I would be fine with joining a Southperry guild. I like the name "Southperry" best, though. Represents us best, and it isn't a stupid fruit/censor.

For those who have experience with Witches, what elements are useful for PVE? Does it even matter? It seems this class is so tight on SP you only have enough to max two elements and maybe some of a third.

No, it does not matter. Fire and Water (Ice) are better for dungeons, though. I'm a Dark/Light Witch without Collider.

What exactly are you doing with 5 Shururu, 2 Frosty Friend and 3 Snow Dust? It looks like you were getting the prereqs for Jackyl and Acid Rain, yet you didn't get either of those. If you're getting a Dust (which I recommend doing), go for Death Dust since you have maxed Pluto Friend. If you're getting Swatter, you need to be maxing it (or did you just get it for Gravi prereq?). Fixed damage skills have to be leveled to remain useful. Low level Swatter is good for little else than combo extending in PvP. Remove the Frosty Friend. And don't leave Ruru sitting at level 5. Either keep leveling it or level Jackyl instead. I'm all for getting max Manteau, but if you're gimping other skills to get it, don't. Max Swatter is way better than max Manteau.

You're going to be very tight on points because you're maxing Ancient Memory. The buff to your damage is certainly nice, but you don't need it for the easy levels. AM is more for higher levels or when you can afford to spend points on it.

Looks alright for a start, but you need to make some decisions on certain skills. Too many random things going on right now.
