Gonna have to help me with the boxes. I only know the "male/female" checkbox because I have super basic Chinese knowledge, and I don't know 10 words in Japanese.

The other steps don't require reading. Just know that when you go to activate your account through your e-mail, press the 確認 option (the left one).

I just used Wikipedia since I don't have the Japanese language pack installed in this computer. It's pretty easy since it's only in hiragana.
