Well, this is situational, but if I were to send out a Dragonite, there are 4 options for the type of Dragonite that it can be:

-Physical Sweeper with Choice Band + Earthquake
-DD'er with EQ, Outrage, etc
-Mixed or Special Sweeper that has Fire Blast
-SubPunching Dragonite

This pretty much forces most Lucarios to insta-switch, but I'll use Dragonite, in this case.
