Angel Beats (1) - Setting reminds me of Fullmetal Alchemist, but far better art and animation. The plot looks like it can be a winrar or can just crash and burn. Killing Tenshi looks like it can be a wild ride or just a drawn out journey choked full of fillers. Luckily, it's only 13 episodes so hopefully, no fillers.

Natsuiro no Sunadokei / Hourglass of Summer (1-2) - Decent. Needs more drama and more episodes. Semi-original plot but 2 episodes wasn't enough to fulfill anything and felt rushed.

Love Hina (1) - Not as awesome as the manga. Style of comedy is way too generic and too much fanservice.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (1) - Looks pretty good but not my cup of tea. Which is funny because I like watching Happy Tree Friends and Battle Royale.

Arakawa Under the Bridge 1: Haha, loving it so far. I didn't know what to expect coming in but it's great.

Hanamaru Kindergarten 12: When the music came on as Tsuchi and Anzu started dancing, the first thing I thought of was the Dango song. Nice series overall.

K-ON S2 1: Liked the images in the OP and ED but not so much the music. Even less happened than usual.

Senkou no Night Raid 1: Didn't get me interested. The characters aren't appealing. I will give it a few more episodes though.

Hell yeah! Some one else that thought this was funny, besides me. It's a great anime so far.

Kiss X Sis (TV) [episode 1]
WOWOWOW, first couple minutes in was like "D'aaaaaw". The rest of the episode was typical though, but pretty awesome. Looking forward to this!!!

PS ; It isn't super-ecchi like the OVA, which is sorta good and bad at the same time. It's less fun, but on the other hand, it's not always constant boobs-groping and stuff. Looks like it's based off of the manga. I enjoyed it.

Arakawa Under the Bridge 1- lol wtp is this? This is one of the weirdest shows I've ever seen. Its not a bad weird. Its pretty funny.

The start doesn't have much to confuse you with, but after a while all the skipped scenes add up until it just doesn't make much sense without reading the novel beforehand. The problem is that when you start the anime, you may feel like reading the novel to make sense of it, but by that point you'd have spoiled yourself too much to fully enjoy the original.

If you really want, just the anime's adaptation is enough to cover the first arc, so you could skip episode 1. I wouldn't recommend doing so, as the novel gives you a way better feel for each character and gives you more information on them, but a lot of people are turned off by how slow episode 1 (referring to the novel) moves.

Awesome anime that has a female protagonist. It's going along fine right now.

Heroman 2: Note to Joey: when someone brings up Heroman doing something, don't scream "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH NO I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT".

Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou (episode 2)

Heroman 2: Fight scene was kinda lame, but there was some nice Bones animation going on; and that's all that really matters. Maybe things might get better in the next episode.

Durarara 13: The new opening is not replacing the blood boiling greatness of the prior opening and it's great Engrish- especially "ROAR OUT LOUDER" (real line's actually "Blow out louder", but I think "Roar" sounds cooler). As for the ending, better than TRUST ME TRUST ME TRUST ME. The new cop character is pretty cool; and the Slasher is pretty awesome. This episode made it feel like the series is starting all over again. It's like we've forgotten about the plot about Celty's head- especially after the way episode 12 ended, and then we seem to have the plot focusing on the Slasher now along with what the Dollars meeting caused. Things have really changed after the Dollars meeting six months before this half of the story starts- like the Yellow Scarves coming back, the police are trying to fight against Celty, rumors about the Dollars and the Slasher being connected, and the Slasher running around more. Also, them masking over the voices of the people on the Dollars website have been changed to be who it really is, and thought that was pretty nice- like you could hear Izaya's voice when Kanra spoke, Mikado's voice when Tanaka Tarou spoke, and Celty's voice for when Setton spoke; considering they all know each other by now. This seems like a nice place to restart the story and toss in new characters. I've also been wondering who the hell the Slasher is for a long time, and I was wondering if it was even Anri at some point because I thought she might be hiding something, but this episode seems to prove that wrong.

Alright, watching episode 2 of B Gata H Kei, Angel Beats episode 1-2, and Arakawa Under the Bridge today.

I think both the new OP and ED are inferior. I thought Anri was probably the slasher too once she was cornered, but oh well. Changing the title at the end of the OP to DRRR!! makes everything feel a little more special ed.

Apple must've designed the arm control thing for Poorlynamedrobotman. One button does everything? They could replace Joey with a two year old. I'd be happy is this remained a high quality Japanese/American comic/anime retro throwback, but I'd be so much happier if it worked its way up to Stan Lee's Gurren Lagann. Also, need to start seeing Lina fanart.

Dropped Kimi ni Todoke. It was a great anime, at the start. I skipped to whatever recent episode it was, and it seemed very little has changed, so I was all "RAAAAAGE" and just dropped it. I might pick up another day, but if progress isn't evident, I sorta cringe. >:

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien [episode 1]
Not bad, seems like Clannad or Kanon-ish. Heard it has secks-scenes. Better not be overdone, or I'll rage and probably drop this too. F*ck!

Kimi ni Todoke is a pretty slow paced series, I'll say that. Cute, romantic, and heartwarming series if you're patient and willing to follow the pace of the story. I'll second what Salguod said a page ago about it- the slow pace really works.

Angel Beats 1-2: I'll have to wait and see where this goes. Interesting story and setting, but there's little promise for it because really- where can the plot go? Nice themes and cool characters too. I don't think Haruhi copy is exactly a bad thing, it's actually a bit pleasant. Meanwhile, how about that Michael Rivas? He's the dude who voices TK; a new seiyuu from America who moved to Japan to do stuff in anime production like being a seiyuu, dubbing in Japanese TV shows, and singing. That was pretty neat to see a seiyuu like that in this show.

Arakawa under the Bridge 1: Strange, but I'm digging it. Very funny too. The best laugh in the episode was when I saw Nino sleeping in the drawer of the incredibly expensive looking bed- especially when her ahoge hung out. I also laughed at the episode preview with the whole live action version of the mayor.

K-On!! (Season 2) Episode 1: Opening has such nice animation, but the music isn't so great. What a combination. Ending animation is was better than "Don't Say Lazy", but the costumes not as nice. Song was just about as good, and if not that, then maybe a bit worse than "Don't Say Lazy"- but not by much. This episode seemed a bit preachy, and it seems Kyo-Ani knew that so they put an assload of forced moe. Oh God- Mio imagining Azusa all alone- I was thinking to myself, "Goddamn, this scene better end fast." There was some pretty good humor in here though.

K-ON S2 01:
At least the animation quality is better.
