All of those with the exception of TTar can be taken down by toxic/ leech stallers. For ttar, most any fighting move will do.

Wobbuffet's only broken because it can trap anything on switch in and get a kill. You still have to know what to switch it in on. Wobbuffet vs. anything with indirect damage = dead Wobbuffet.

Mean Look Umbreon is one of my favorite Pogeys, and it can turn the tables on Wobbuffet.
