is the event arceus for the level 1 dialga/palkia/giratina? If so you dont even need the event one. i got mine from an arceus obtained by using the azure flute, or w/e the item is that unlocks the arena to fight it. 'course i cheated to get said item, but so long as the arceus itself is real/legit, i.e. obtained from that spear pillar, then it works.
