500 Watts and no !!!

And no !!! pikachus. The most I've gotten is a !!, but not even a single !!!... I even legit walked over 10,000 steps, and the only pikas i haven't gotten are the surf and flying pika. Has anyone else had any luck?

You CAN get them from !! though. I got a Surfing one on my Jap game a while ago. !!! is ALWAYS Surfing or Flying, iirc. One or the other per run. As Will said, you need 10k steps before you even have a shot... :/

Going to try and get a Surfing one today (got SS yesterday and I want it on my team).

According to this you should have a pretty high chance of getting a Surf one if you get a !! with over 10000 steps. Do you have a Ground/Electric/Grass type as lead Pokémon? Those reduce the amount of steps needed.

I got a Surf Pikachu from a !!. Took me about 40 times using the Pokéradar.

I used 660 Watts looking for one and all I got was one with Volt Tackle. KASHADKJAHDKJAH RAWR Evil Pikachu's my bf had a try and didnt get one either D: ... Sigh.

Another 200 watts, and still none, at least I got 400 left. I even walked 11k steps today...

weekdays I average 16k steps, sometimes up to 22k.

.. Another 300 Watts used.. and all I got was another Volt Tackle one I'm up to 900 Watts now.. 3% my ass!

It's like Gachapon, but FREE

And after 1400 Watts.. I got a flying Pikachu.. Geez that took ages.. ~___~

Question, is the 10k watt requirement the total amount of steps, or the total amount of steps that day?
I'm so gonna cry if it's total for the day, I can't even get near 5k. =\

Ok, since a lot of people seem to have trouble catching one, I'll tell what I did and maybe it can help.

First, I walked ~10000 steps at the 3rd or 4th course with a Doduo. Then, I sent a Lv.12 Mareep to Yellow Forest (to cut the needed steps by 25%) and walked about 7000 steps, but only got Feint/Oran Berry Pikachus(used about 70% of the gained watts). Since Serebii said that only 1 Pokémon from each group is chosen each time I let Mareep return (leveup) and sent it back in. 5601 steps(I remembered it), 2 Feint Pikachus and 4(?) TinyMushroom Pikachus I got a Surf one from a !! patch.

Also, I got most of the steps from just shaking the Pokéwalker left/right or up/down (or any other way) with about 20cm length, taking ~1 second going back and forth. Got 25560 steps in 1 day, although I did abuse a 1 and a half hour of car trips.

Another 200 watts and no pikachus. I catch all the !! but no surfan ones either.
