I was hoping to join, but I'm still not far enough in HG yet. (Haven't beaten the league).

Besides that I always wanted a pikachu on my team for the lols. The only problem is that I want it with

Fake out
XXXXX (filler)
XXXXX
and
HP Ice base 70 T.T.

Does anyone happen to have the proper breeding pokemon to make this?

I definitely don't have any pokemon prepared that could possibly breed the IVs necessary for this T.T

Also can't pokesav it or anything because I have none of the materials for it T.T

The EVs are obviously easy. And I could breed it on my own to get the attacks (but I have nothing prepared). It's mostly the IVs that are the pain in the arse.

he can help you with the pikachu so you can get it faster than EV training it and breeding it, you can just have it magically pop up lulz ~.^

The rest of my pokeys aren't that hard to get since I'm not planning on putting any more Hidden Powers on any of the pokes.
