Nope, they originally had them sub only, and I own all of those. They're having an upgrade program where you send in your old DVDs + $20 and get the new hyprid pack.

Honestly, the only reason I would do it is for the sub corrections, and I didn't even notice that many problems... Though, if it becomes a problem while rewatching, I might go for it.

I thought the voice or Haruhi wasn't too bad. I didn't actually see the dub though, just like 2 clips. I don't think I liked anyone's voice, but Haruhi's didn't feel like too bad of a pick. Was she the same VA of Faye?

I really don't like the Haruhi dub at all... Nagato's fine, actually, but past that everyone sounds a bit odd. From the clips I've seen, Haruhi seems a bit less serious and a lot more insane.

PS: Be glad some anime even gets subs, let alone dubs. There are extremely old anime out there that never got subbed into English. Makes me mad, since I won't be able to watch and understand it at the same time. Yeah, I'm talking to you, Tonde Buurin. /goesintocornerandcries

Same- I'm fine with things being dubbed, since even if it's bad, it does drive some people to take a look at the subbed version... It's just that it's somewhat painful to hear some dubs.

Once Clannad's dub was announced, I did dread it a little, especially snce I really loved the show + game... and then the cast was announced, and that actually made it worse.

It didn't feel out of character, from the clip I heard, and compared to most dubs the voice pick wasn't too bad. I think I only hear Haruhi, Miku, and Kyon though.
