I honestly can't find anything enjoying out of it. I mean the only good thing coming out of this would probably be:

o Content for players who are level 120 and up has been added to Neo City.
o 3 new maps containing 2 new bosses.
o Each new boss has a chance to drop new items!
o Players in groups of 2 or more can enter the new maps.
But even then, it doesn't quite even up this:

Evan Mastery Books are now available in the Cash Shop. There are several packages to choose from.
o Depending on the package each one contains 1 of 3 mastery books; Magic Guard, Magic Booster, and Critical Magic.
o Magic Guard is the first book available at level 30, followed by Magic Booster, and Critical Magic at level 60. o Without the mastery books the player cannot bring Magic Guard, Magic Booster, and Critical Magic past skill level 5.
o Each package contains a bonus coupon to trade in for weapons, scrolls or both!

When your Evan reaches milestone levels, you are presented with prizes.
o At level 20 you receive Dragon’s Blessing.
o At level 30 you receive a pair of Dragon Glasses
o At milestone levels of 50, 60, 80 and 100, the player will be rewards with a scroll. These scrolls can only be used on the Dragon Glasses.

Of course, then I have the general complaints of the strange frame lag, which I have no idea if it's only me since some of my friends don't have it. That annoying pop up during start up could be a little troublesome. On the bright side, the Evan Paper Box event seems decent and gacha seems to be okay. In the end, I think this patch is mainly a scam.

There are some stuff I like about the patch, but overall... I hate it more than I like it. I really do see no reason why to level an Evan. Glasses maybe... but I'd rather have 100% scrolls for the glasses at first then a chance to fail it for nothing. As with new classes, it's pretty bad to make one right away... since everyone starts out all at the same time... Crowding and ks wars at low level maps, and stuff for quests.
Neo city is ok, don't like it nor do I have it... Would wonder if that would mean less crowding at anego?
Though I guess, the one thing that would tick me off the most is, why'd Nexon have to convert the Pieces of crack to enter Pap into one of a kind items... Pretty much ruins the stockpiling of those to enter pap twice a day without any problems. Anyway, I still have bulk quantities of them and they're all one of a kind. Hope I'm not the only person to feel this way... It's a tad annoying... How would trying to prevent people from entering pap more than once hurt anyone? o.o
Yeah, it just takes a long time, then you get a chaos scroll and you are like OMFG I CANT BELIVE IT!!! then you try to sell it on the MTS and say "yesh, my evan needs are covered" just to remember that chaos scrolls are now baned form the MTS, then you wander for some time and a friend says "I´ll trade you the chaos scroll for the critical guard and booster packages" and you say "oh sure " and then your "really good friend" scams you

...that's why u sell ur chaos for ~40m then buy a ~8atk wg or other equips that can sell well in MTS like clean MS shield/YSS/dex bathrobe/pac

CS exclusive Skill/Mastery Books...How is that free to play Nexon!? At this rate Dual Bladers will require you to buy an "exclusive" character slot to make one and then you will have to buy all your Skill/Mastery Books in the CS...this games so going to pomegranate more and more every patch.
I'm currently annoyed at the Evan Mastery books, and until they're available in game my Evan will die. Oh well >_> I'm also annoyed that I now can't load the game from the desktop shortcut, it takes me to the website.. It didn't do that this morning, It would bring up a window saying 'Would you like to go to the Website and then load via the Desktop blah blah blah' I refuse to download the website thing, I don't see it as helpful, If I have to go back to the site and relog on a new acc and then reload the game to get on my shop mule.. well how is that helpful? Sounds more of a hindrance to me..

You can still play for free, just extremely below-par with Evan. With very, very low survivability.
And don't forget, you can always MTS for NX (like I've been doing), or you can do the free NX surveys. It's still free even if you want a perfect Evan. It just takes time.
