Character transfers

Has there been any character transfers the past three weeks? I'm losing my patience here, it's been two weeks and Nexon still hasn't transfered my characters. I'm aware the game isn't done updating but after checking my mule characters they're still stuck in their respective worlds. I know I'm doing everything by the rules, but I am curious if anyone has had any trouble with character transfers the past 2-3 weeks.

I transfered a mule to scania around a week ago, and didn't had any problems. I even got the transfer ticket 10 minutes before the server check
