Ok and i asked my self the BIG question: if we got Neo city, why the hall they put neo tokyo monsters in the data?

Learn to look at a few posts above? Nexon America made their own mini-expansion to the KMS nerf-land with some of the original monsters including one of the bosses being nearly impossible to defeat and it will be very interesting to see it be taken down... when it's taken down.

What are the speed values of the 2 new Neo City bosses, (the extractions don't show them here, are they not client-sided)? Slow might come in unbelievably useful here; combined with the KBing abilities of an Ult it'd be a decent form of control without the need for *constant* rushing (initial rushing might be required). Wasn't the tactic for Aufheben to have I/Ls Blizzard (they being the only ones who could consistently hit 140k+ as Aufheben was Ice weak if I recall, could take anyone who did 55k damage at a sufficient range here although any Ult spammer would probably be the most ideal) it so it remained in its KB animation and had as few opportunies as possible to attack back (thus likely wiping out the squad)? Could apply a similar thing here, but the lack of roaming space allowed on the top platform would make it dangerous for the ranged up there (assuming this boss doesn't fly).

All of this is assuming Nexon don't forget to flag it as a boss or break its hitboxes or some other screw-up :/

Is it possible to cross-reference for the changes in the Monster Drop list? I'd like to know if Evan Mastery Books are droppable.

I have one Question regarding the Att Scrolls for Evan Glasses. In KMS they work 100% of the time and i saw in the Extractions the Chance of passing the scrolls is 30% for the lvl 70 and 50% for the lvl 80% one.
So its way harder to scroll +4 att Glasses. from 100% down to 15% Chance of getting +4att glasses. Is this correct?

Ugghh this patch for Evans is the most NX/CS heavy yet...

Maybe it's for people who won the Evan web events, though why they couldn't just credit Maple Points normally for that is beyond me.

The new neo city update will be fun,its defiantly a party area, probably with efficient parties and GOOD cooperation it could turn out nicely.

Oh yea thanks a lot for that Information. And i have one more question. a friend of mine told me that it is maybe possible to scroll the Evan with only ATT scrolls.

She said something about lvl up to 80 get one scroll lvl further to 100 get 2nd scroll. Delete the char and put the scroll in storage. create a new Evan and lvl this char again up to 100 or 80.
Can anyone confirm this if that is possible? Thanks

worst case scenario its a new drop from the high level neo city bosses ... best case scenario ... some sort of new itcg ....

It's a weapon from the Dragon Rider PQ. Same for all of the other recolored iTCG-weapons. They all have durability, but considering that few know exactly how durability degrades, this could be a significant deterrent or something that everyone mostly ignores. At least we may have a chance to test out durability in this patch, because it seems all of the new Neo City weapons have durability too.

Again, I find it quite ironic that despite everyone constantly complaining for high level content, Dragon Rider PQ has recieved so little attention by much of the community, to the point where few know anything about the PQ other than the ability to fly against the dragon boss.

Pretty sure Lita is a NLC npc and kMS doesn't have NLC, correct me if I'm wrong.

....lol I've had the puppet (Doll Left Behind) in-character long before I saw this... .o. Of course, that's probably the big one that hangs from the ceiling... and there are strange versions of more monsters - I wonder if the Puppeteer is involved yet again.... >D


I won't be able to play Evan until tomorrow afternoon, at the latest if I don't patch while I'm at work. I'll probably just be lazy and patch tonight and maybe play a little with the evening players

If it's not in the NX watch then it's not coming this patch, it's just data they added. Is anyone else experiencing huge frame lags?

Random tidbits: You can use NLC scrolls in the new neo city area (not surprised), and imperial guards drop energizer drinks (25 att for 30 mins).
