Where are you guys at on your Heart Gold/Soul Silver playthrough?

Just got my 240th pokemon. Spent a ton of time getting Dragonite and Tyranitar, and then getting a Dragonair and Pupitar for my box afterward.

Caught Latias Yesterday opening up with Wobbuffet, then switched in to my Gallade and Mean Look'd False Swip'd and Hypnosis, caught in about ten Dusk Balls.

Beat Janine mostly with my Alakazam

Also, got two Lucky Eggs from Chansey within 10 minutes (It was Swarming)

The no vs seeker part sucks but eh I'm at the point where I can head to Blackthorn city. Lalala I'm drawing it out as much as possible. Though I'm getting tired of waiting for trainers to call me to battle xD Though one gave me a protein and a HP Up after beating them <3 +_+

I've been catching the roamers with my Umbreon and Breloom. Mean Look -> Baton Pass -> weaken with a low level Poke, Mean Look -> Baton Pass -> Spore. I've never used False Swipe in my life, I always just juggle my party around until I hit them with enough moves to bring them deep into the red.

Latias with ~5% HP and sleeping took about 5 Quick Balls, 20 Dusk Balls, 20 Ultra Balls, 20 Poke Balls, and 10 Fast Balls to catch. pineappleing A.

Just defeated Whitney, Staravia is such a fighter!

Well, i beat Blue/Gary last night, using mostly my Gyarados and Giratina. havent even begun trying to catch latias, entei, suicune, raikou, mewtwo, etc etc.

Probably the worst - got my starter Poke'mon, saved then quit.

I REALLY need to make time to play more... T.T

Went to my cousin's and traded with myself. Got 22 new pokemon in HG and dunno how many in Diamond.

Yesterday: Went to the S.S. Aqua. Landed in the Port of Exquisite Sunsets. Explored Vermilion. Fought Lt. Surge. Barely won. Stopped in Saffron.

I think I should grind more before I face Sabrina. I have a feeling I'm gonna get owned otherwise...

Oh man no matter which generation I play, evolving Magikarp has always been a rewarding experience. Right after Magikarp evolved to Gyrados and learned Bite, I took her straight to Morty's gym. Practically 1 shotted every ghost there with Bite.

It is worth noting that Gyrados has a higher attack than my Quilava.

If you must know, all my main pokemon are female, and my Onix slave is male.

Also, encountered Entei and Raikou all on Route 36. That was........ quite interesting. I paralyzaed Entei, and Dragon Raged Raikou. I need to get some Master Balls now.

Getting Gyarados is always rewarding regardless of which versions you play, I agree to that. Especially with newer gens, a switch-in with Gyarados = lowering opponent's attack by 1 stage. Helps if you do that over and over if you really have to. I love Gyarados.

Go fight Brock. You can get to Pewter City very easily now by going to Lavender Town from Saffron, get the Radio upgrade to be able to wake up the Snorlax and go through Diglett's cave to reach the other side.

Just finished Whitney again. Staravia kicks ass with return!

I got loads of them on a friend's file on an M3 Pearl. Just need to actually transfer them over.

Never realised my Togepii is a shiny till now, cause I mute NO$GBA (Windows7Mixer) so whenever I change to togepi, I can't hear the shiny effect. Shiny & Normal togepi look the same, anyway.
