Man, I've gotta tell ya, this is making me want to stay away from Maple even more. I mean seriously... It's bad enough that I'm a player for one of the least updated versions of Maple, but then to see the most updated version constantly spitting out crappy content is making it seem worse. Unless there's more to this patch that'll make everyone go, "WOW!!!" I'm just going to lose more hope in Nexon's ability to keep this game alive. =/

Also, Skeles and TT aren't that much different when it comes to training, and no one trains on Newts beyond a certain level. Not to mention the bosses we have are, at best, sparse.
But I guess it doesn't matter because the REAL reason to keep playing is to get to 200. Right, right.
Well if you don't have any other reasons to play (no friends/guild/already have godly gear) then I think that is the only goal left. At least that's what the devs think right? Because surely no one uses this game as a sort of instant messaging program right?
But wait! Wolf Spiders? Himes? Gallos? Stormbreakers? Windraiders! You surely jest! KMS has these things? Jest you must! Even if they did, does that change the fact that we lack monsters to fight after...well about 120+? Also, thank you for reminding me that no one trains on Newts beyond a certain level. That leaves us with....well I would count myself, but gee...there might be too much.

Lack of training spots really only start to hit you at level 150 ~ 160ish. Skeles are good until around 150, then you don't have anywhere else to train... Oblivion 4 in Time Temple is good for solo, but Skeles with a Bishop is still faster. Yet, even that's slow as hell... Levels 150+ need more training spots. Though, I do agree that they shouldn't make it too easy, as the ending levels (190 ~ 200) should be difficult to do.

I brought this up in another thread. I agree with you that the higher level you are the harder it should be to train. But you have no options. At least when you are 30 you can CPQ, Mushroom Castle, or grind at like 20 different spots. At level 50 you can PYPQ, EPQ, MC2, Pirate Hat PQ, grind at 20 random maps. When I still played on my NL, it was Newties from 105~120, good xp nonetheless, but it was one spot. On my bishop, it was 70-120 himes/grims. Once I hit 120 and got genesis, it was newties to 130, then skeles after that. =[

who the hell thinks we dont need new high lvl content the whole point of high lvl content is to explore the maps/quests/mobs and not 1hit ko everything and get dmged by them like 10dmg only. you make your char stronger for a chalange not to grind the same monster for the rest of your stinken none new high lvl area map life.

It seems like at this rate with all the low level content that they're trying to make it easy for people to get to a high level? But why would they care? maybe getting ready for the black mage?
Just a speculation ;-;
And if you guys are board because theres no high leveled content then don't train! wait for it and in the mean time work on something else!

There's one alternative to making higher level training areas. Make it hard to gain access to just like Temple of Time, but harder of course, but also implement a level limit on portals an mini-dungeons, and make it so the training map is impossible to AFK in. The trade off? The higher level mobs have insanely good HP:EXP ratios, like 10:1 EXP, or as low as 5:1. So a 150k mob will give 15k-30k EXP.

Difference between being hard to access and being time consuming to access though. Time temple was time consuming. If they wanted to make O4 hard to access, they should have had us kill 999 mobs and then kill each boss (the bosses being tougher than they are now) while the boss itself having an insane time limit (5 minutes for dodo, 7 for lily, 10 for lyka). If you can't kill the boss in the time limit, you have to hunt 999 mobs again.

Note how I didn't mention KMS at all in my post; GMS is perfectly free to implement their own higher-level maps, just like they were perfectly free to create a (quality!) high-level bossing area.
My point was that there are a myriad of training places for these early levels, but not so much for later ones, a fact that you seem to acknowledge yourself in your other posts. Before 120, we're loved. After 130, we're ignored. That just seems to be how it is, considering that, I believe, we're not Nexon's moneymaker. Oh well.

You seem to be forgetting KMS made Masteria on behalf of GMS. I stated in another post that for all we know, GMS could be bugging KMS about completing their Masteria content and KMS is just ignoring them. I think we ARE Nexon (America's at least) money maker. If they only have these few training spots, we would most likely shell out more cash for 2x.
As for your previous comment, I apologize, I misinterpreted it.

Are Masteria's graphics done in-house or do you guys send the concept art to Nexon Korea for processing?
Concept Art here, sent for in-game design.
I would take it as sending it to Korea. I find it hard to believe that GMS has the ability to program all of this. Look at the Perfect Pitch event, the pirate sounds, and all their other miniscule errors. If they can't even get those simple things right, how can I believe they were able to create Masteria with the only problems being Bigfoot, the hitboxes, and the boomers.
Also note the previous inabilities to access CWKPQ. If it was indeed GMS who created Masteria they should have been able to fix it almost immediately (at least I would think it should have been easy to fix)

Really if we had a training area that was on par with Skeles or O4 I would be happy, It would just be nice to have some more variety, and not suffer from killing stuff in a new place.

Where would it be sent to if they already do that in their HQ?
I think they might just because of the expansion of Masteria isn't their priority. This is just a guess, but I think KMS designs everything for all versions, then each version can do whatever they want with it (HP/XP/Damage/Boss). I understand that these are all my assumptions, but it would explain the delay of Masteria.

It would appear that Nexon Korea might be working on other things as well. A while ago, AsiaSoft held an Aran contest for MSEAers, in which the winners would have a chance to visit Nexon Korea's offices. The images are interesting, to say the least. Several pictures of things I can't recognize, of which one of them is really clear and hints to a new town of sorts. I don't recognize the buildings in that clear picture as well, so it's definitely not a World Tour rip-off.

Not necessarily. It may just be the not-so-high level content promised earlier.

I would love to see the high level monsters like over level 120, though, these are not training monsters. The earrings are nice, and they're useful if you can't afford Glittering Altair Earrings.
Lex’s Green Earrings = Mages
Lex’s Red Earrings = Warriors, Archers, and Pirates
Lex’s Blue Earrings = Thieves
