Here's what to do, now that you got her user name down, go to nexon and make a complaint about this corrupt GM.
She SHOULD get demoted and stripped of her GM position if you reason well enough. Coz that's no good excuse to ban some1.

Thing is YOU gotta do it yourself coz none of us here can report her in (coz we never got abused by her).

Spamming is annoying as all hell. Yeah, it should be.
Also, I'd like to add... her(?) choice of NX is kind of ugly.

Why do all of you think that she's currupt? GMs ban people for spamming them all the time. It's basically asking for a ban. It's almost like having a GM onto your map and starting to hack. Besides, how do you know she didn't ban the hacker, too? : /

Well its quite obvious she was corrupt, after all she didnt ban the hacker did he? Unless you smega spammed, I don't see how he could get banned simply for pestering a GM...
Seriously she should be stripped of her position.

Spamming a GM's chat is really really annoying when a GM is trying to do his/her job when checking through logs. Besides, we only have your word to go on, not the GM's side of the story.

Still, the GM could ignore it instead of giving pointless bans to those who annoy her...

It's hard to ignore something when it's being spammed and your logs show up in the chat itself. It's not really a pointless ban as it teaches people to NOT spam a GM's chat (which should be an obvious thing not to do). It's like you working away on something and someone comes in and starts poking at your ribs to try to get your attention. Sure, you can ignore it, but why should you put up with it? You're trying to do your job. A 3-day ban isn't very long, and like I said, we don't know half the story.
