FINALLY BEAT JASMINE! took me a lot of healing using my HM-Mule Nidoqueen and that Machop, as well as using the giratina to paralyze Steelix, WHICH NEVER USED SUNNY DAY.

Caught a female red gyarados in a Love ball, named it Lucretia.

Now going through the rocket base in mahogany.

my highest pokemon was Fearow, 27. my next was 26, Giratina/Glaceon. my Bayleaf's still 24, and my nidoqueen was 17 when she fought in that battle, she is now 20.

D-dance Dos sweep, with special attack support Typlosion. Had good default IVs in speed and Spatk, not to mention a fitting nature. My dos had some attack points, but it's emphazies was on HP, so that was pretty useful actually.

Woohoo! Just got into Goldenrod, going to do the whole Underground thing and Whitney tomorrow. Any tips? I just traded a Drowsee for a Machop so I'll have a better chance against Whitney, but I want to try it with my current team. I have a 22 Quilava and a 20 Flaaffy, Flame Wheel/Ember and ThunderShock as their main moves respectively. Think I have a good chance against her? I'm thinking of getting Fire Blast/Thunder/Focus Blast from the Department Store, but I doubt I have enough money. Suggestions?

Bring females.
Thunder wave it with flaffy... if you kept that attack. It'll occasionally save you from a rollout death; and perhaps stop it from milk drinking so that you can try to kill it... only to laugh in your face with a super potion or something f3. Anywho, thunderwave is really your best move there. Then just keep up the attack spam.

I had found him before, put him to sleep and I didn't know he could escape while being asleep...
