Are there limits to what we can ask for? Are Illegals allowed? ie: "Hazzy wants a Wondertomb" or "Hazzy wants a Magikarp that knows Hyper beam"

I don't really care. It all depends if someone wants to help you and has that particular pokemon with that move set, etc. It all really depends with how nice Sp is.

ill go out on a limb and say that since no mods have made a statement about it yet, and since it isnt related to MS-hacking, its one of those exceptions/grey margin things which is allowed.

I frown upon you wanting a blatantly non-legit pokemon. As long as you don't use it to fight anybody else I won't care. No one, not even children, should ever have to fight someone ridiculous like a Wonderguard Spirittomb.

I would laugh if hacked Pokemon would somehow be banned from these forums. I think there are more important things to worry about.

Anyways, I'd be willing to Make/Create and give out any Pokemon anyone wants. I can make legit and non-legit Pokemon, so anything really isn't a problem. I'd just need more specific details for legit ones.

You can't "make" legit Pokemon, only Pokemon that have the same stats as legit Pokemon. I don't care if you guys use hacked Pokemon, but trying to pass a hacked Pokemon as legit is extremely lame.

i think i have a legit not-generated regice in my pearl copy. ill have to check.

It may be legit. it was transferred from Hoenn at level 60, knows all its basic moves, and is the only one i found in pearl. im 80% sure its legit, as i didnt have a gameshark/AR for GBA games.
