Who in the world would teach Lugia Whirlpool? Or Waterfall for that matter.

Does anyone know if RNG works with Soul Silver? (If so, how? D/P/Pt used Coin Flips and such for it, how about HG/SS)

i just realized, i could replace my Gible with Tentacruel. caught one and named it Hentai for obvious reasons.
