On topic:didnt they upgraded glacia seeing that those servers crashed a few days? Might as well fix the older ones before that happens

I think he got it right. The What would be a Server Maintenance, the Where would be on Specified or All Servers

It doesn't. THey just called it "additional" so that they wouldn't have to compensate again and add ANOTHER 24 hours onto all cash related items.

Um, I think they meant the servers as "what"...like, they're things. Things = Nouns. As opposed to the site undergoing maintenance, ya?

It can be used both ways.
- What are you doing? Upgrading the servers. Or,
- What is it that you are upgrading? All game servers.

If you left out "Upgrading the" in the first sentence it would sound awkward. What are you doing? Servers.
