The idea of Obamasnow is to get perma Hail. Doesn't need to do anything useful beyond that.

Also guys, with all but Gen 3, Eevee has been given new evolutions. Predictions on if Eevee will get any more in Gen5 and if so what they might be? i predict a Flying eevee, and a Poison Eevee.
