Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread

The way Freet is currently, he's a beast. I can only begin to imagine how fast he'll be spamming his attacks once it's level 10. I just like him a lot, if only he were little less ADD when it's not under the effects of Train.

Well good thing though is I'll be relatively set once the level cap rises to 60. This is what my build will most likely look like:

If I keep Train at level 6, I can max the following summon goodies: Freet, Glarine, Aquarius, Louise, Spirit King, Kasijas. I only wonder if leaving Wisp at 11 will mean they will die in a few hits later on when stuff like 2nd Impact comes out.

Decided against the last 2 points in Flame Hulk. Everything else stays the same, however. I'll wait until the level 60 level cap comes out to add points into Freet.

I wouldn't put any points into Freet if you're gonna leave him at level 7/9, since he'll be pretty crap and will die in like 2 hits in higher leveled dungeons. I like library, you judge whether or not you need it. It's still nice for when you're in a pinch.

On kings or on normal? You sure you wanna use Neil with all the little Wardello's throwing lightning around?

Normal. The little guys tend to spawn near each other so I can take them all out at once with Neil. And since I can use Neil while facing the wall, I don't get stunned by the lightning.

I may just end up maxing Ancient Library and Mana Shield and putting 1 point into Phase Shift. They seem to be pretty handy skills when in a pinch.

3rd Picture: That's been reported on many occasions. If I remember correctly, it only occurs with battle mages (?). I myself have seen one as well.

I will simply grab a Shadow Touch neckace, find a Shoulder Warmer, and a Scholar's Armguard to accomodate for that, and whatever MP regen ring there is. Huuuur.

Also, Ancient Library is about the equivalent of +2.8 MP/sec or 168 MP/Min since one cast recovers 420 MP. It's goooooood stuff, like chugging ~3 MP potions every 2.5 minutes at my level (if you count Holy Wine), or 2 MP potions at higher levels.

lol I'll post my pot stash up later. Just used about 30 cheese in the last few days trying to awaken though.

If I didn't add it up all wrong, my gear is +180 MP/min, no MP regen hair and no MP regen weapon. Not sure if cloth armor mastery doubles that, but I think I read that it does. Library is up to 420/2.5 = 168 MP/min, which is quite a bit. I hardly run out anymore, but I was cruising along at 29 spamming all my spirits then 30 came and doubled my mp consumption.

The X is from a mage avatar item. Yellow headband or something like that.

YAY, completed a King's Relic run. Summoners make everything easymode as usual. But...it turns out my quest requires King's(!!!). Ah well, it'll be worth it for 25 more vitality.

Oh whoops, I was thinking 3 MP/second, which is a lot. Cloth Mastery doubles total MP regen, including base regen for your class. Doubled MP consumption you say? Better look for MP gear then. Don't wanna lose my MP pot-less mojo here. Base MP/min gear that I have is Gentleman's Robe, Flare Skirt, 18 MP/min nub rod, MP Hair + MP Hat, and Sky Tower Title, giving me a base bonus MP/min of +90.

UGH. My whole party, fully potted up with over 50 potions each, went through King's Road King's Relic. Our run failed at Wardello. We were just... completely overwhelmed.

And we even planned for 30 minutes. GGPwned.

I'm happy and all that when we get the Priest patch that we Priests will get sexy new skills, upgrades, and a new look:

What were you thinking Neople?! THIS should have been the Priest look! It's manly, yet sleek and cool thanks to the fact their spandex is covered by plate armor. Then I noticed it's almost like the Crusader avatar set that we are now getting. Whyyyyy Neople?? Whyyyyy did you scraaaaaap this loooook to turn into an avatar set? Too afraid people will flock to Priests because of their default epic manliness?????
