Pogeys Time

Fly's only useless because the only Pokemon that learn it learn better Flying type moves. People use Bounce on Gyarados.

Bounce has a 30% rate of paralyze. Fly does not. :|

No, they removed the restriction system they had in FR/LG, thankfully.

I wasted a bunch of time breeding a month ago when I was bored of Pearl, so I have a team of eggs ready to go. I'm playing through the game normally, but I'm making sure the Pokemon I'm trading over will be usable for battling post-Red.

If anybody even bothers doing IVs, kudos to them, that shit takes some amount of time. Breeding was in the least, enjoyable to me. I only bred for natures, so to speak. R/S/E is ♥.

Breeding IVs is probably going to be a bit easier in HG/SS though, since you'll be able to pass down specific ones with a 100% chance.

I RNG abused. Still took a good 3-5 hours per Pokemon (had to chain breed the egg moves, then get two Pokemon with some perfect stats, then SR for the final result, and it's pretty difficult to hit continue at the right time when you have a time frame of mere milliseconds).

Again, I was very bored.

Dump all you've got, Spidey. I only have like 100-something images so I guess it really isn't a massive dump at all. :<

Also, I'm stuck making a decision. Part of me wants to actually buy this game for the Pokewalker, but another part of me says that the endless possibilities of ROM-hacking would help me enjoy the game more than the Pokewalker ever would. What do? ;_;
