I find it pretty funny that you said something like that without any problem, even if it's illegal. Not like anyone cares and there are tons of people who admit it in the internet, but I still find it funny. Maybe I'm the only one who does.

Thing about piracy is that on a message board, would most people care enough as to report you to the authorities? Not saying everyone won't, but the chances are slim. Most people minds their own business. I have quite a collection of burned-DVDs->PS1 games from when I had a modded PS1. Still kept all of them, this excludes my movies and anime collection on DVD.

Edit ; an entire wall of my room has a rather huge shelf. From top to bottom would be all of my DVDs (anime, movies, rated-mature, etc). Stacked from top to bottom, discs piling up onto discs. You know when you buy like 30-40 blank DVD-RWs or DVD-Rs, there's that circular case that holds all of them together? I just stack my DVDs inside there. I think I have more movies than I do anime.

I am quitting MS indefinitely and focusing all my efforts on HG. Because it has Arcanine. Arcanine aside, it's Pokemon.

If I buy a physical copy of a DVD it's mostly for my personal collection. As such, I would never place the DVD anywhere but in its case. I may not even bother taking the wrap off or opening it up, because I most likely have a better quality version of it downloaded on my computer anyway.

Though, I have to say I rarely buy movies. Too expensive for what you get, in my opinion.

If they could just make HM moves NOT suck balls, I would be happy. I don't need Cut to do 150 base power to be happy: But 50 with no side effects, high crit, paralyze, etc. rate, is just crap.

Surf and Waterfall are actually pretty awesome, and Fly and Rock Climb aren't terrible.

I like type advantage and STAB damage, so making as many HMs normal typed as they do doesn't encourage me to use them. SOME of the moves are nice. Surf and Waterfall, sometimes strength. I hate using Fly in battle, its OK as a 1 move attack, but taking two gives it crap damage AND poor accuracy, and I can't stand Rock climb. Not bad if it were something other than normal. But where the hell does a 20% chance to confuse the target come from? If Rock Climb was a rock type, I'd definitely use it more. Strength could be fighting, and Cut could be upped to 70 or so base attack and made Grass or Bug, or even fighting. AND GIVE IT 100% ACC. 95% acc makes sense when the attack has a really nice effect or damage, but Cut lacks both. Defog is just a piece of crap, since using it removes stealth rocks etc. Maybe in a 2-2 competitive battle, it could hold some use. Rock Smash is too weak. I mean really? 40 base? 50% chance to cut def one stage is nice, but not enough for me to use it.

Surf and Waterfall has decent STAB, and of course, people use it. I've never seen anyone using Strength, Rock Smash, or any of the HM moves though. Fly is pretty useless, the moment you use it, they switch to Skarm, Steelix, T-tar, or Metagross.
