-Waterfall

Ability - Pressure (Increases encounter rate)

Arcanine
-Cut
-Strength
-Rock Climb
-Rock Smash

Ability - Intimidate (Lowers encounter rate)

I don't care if he's a legendary. Lugia sucks and he'll be my packmule.

Mah Tropius and Bibarel can learn all 8 moves too, plus they're easier to catch, you nub.

Bidoof and Trophius are smalltime. Why would I want to have those pig disgusting Pokemon as my HM slaves? Lugia and Arcanine are among the slickest looking Pogeys in this game, only Lugia is garbage and Arcanine can be recaught.

Plus, then I wouldn't have Pressure or Intimidate.
