Many many patches ago immobile targets such as goby houses and the like were would go into a KB animation if the dmg was high enough. But this was changed so such targets would never go into the animation (except in special cases like when jr. Newts are frozen by ice). Targets that cannot be frozen would then thereby never go into the KB animation, even if the dmg was far greater than necessary to cause the KB.
However, for a while I have noticed that Bullseye (maybe also Homing) have unusual KB characteristics and will cause such KB animations to appear on immobile targets such as Zak, Pianus, jr. Newts, and so on. Has anyone else who plays/has seen a corsair noticed this oddity? And does anyone know why this seems to only occur with this skill? I have an SS of a time I caused the KB animation to appear on Pianus w/ BE, but I'm new to using forums so I'm learning as I go
