The event is not permanent in KMS. Inkstone (the NPC) recently came back in the last patch, but had a different event, with different prizes. You log on, get a music note for the current level, then it starts counting from there. You get 1 music note per level, I don't think it changes even if you're high levelled, and you get 1~5 music notes if your level ends with 0 or 5.

50 levels = guarantees you 100 notes then. Awesome. Thank god my Night Walker is lv 49 right now.

oh yay. i can totally level 100 times on my bowmaster, buccaneer, aran,* anything past level 30*... It took me 5 months to get to 139. Don't think i can go for 4th job in a month...

If you guys have yet to make an Aran, get it to 70 for: "Attack ring" + LV12 Blessing (at 120) OR make a Cygnus and get it to 120 for the mount+chair+Lv 12 Blessing.

Why would it do that?
KMS made both the Ship PQ and this, no reason for us not to get both.

Can they be SoK'd or Platinum SoK'd in KMS? If so, I might train get my Aran from level 79 to 12x for the hat and SoK it over to my Corsair.

I doubt it's SoK'd. PSoK, probably though. I wouldn't mind getting 70 of those pitches for a guaranteed Chaos at least.

I don't think it can be Scissored with eiither scissors.

Also, 50 levels is not a guaranteed 100. The lowest you can get from 50 levels is 50, 1 for every level. Best case scenario, you get 5 every X0 and X5, you'll have 90.

So logging on at say level 101 would give you 101 notes, or it'd give you 1 note just because of your last level up? I hope it's the first one, that'd be nicer for high levels. <_<

While I'd hope the same, what makes you think that they'll just give us a completely free final hat? There's so many more ways to make money for them rather than giving it for free. And I think it is understood that older players don't get nice things.

Well, it could end well or bad. I think I am going to see how the event turns out first before making conclusions. Since the hat seems to be permanent, and depending on what happens with higher level players, it may be worthwhile.
