Find Password Won't Send Temporary Password to Email

I use Spidey's method to lock up my accounts everyday but today I can't retrieve my temp. passwords. I already send find PW 2 times on two of my accounts but all 4 emails did not arrive at my email inbox. What is wrong with the system? Did they change something?

I was really worried about something like this happening. If they did change something a lot of people are screwed. It's why I didn't lock my accounts.

I requested password change for a mule today after the maintenance and it worked. So I'm sure you remember your email incorrectly.

Well, the new password system doesn't need a confirmation email to confirm your password change, so...

I wrote down all my emails to my main accounts. I cautiously maintain my information so there's no way I could of made a mistake. I even send a find email request to my corsair's account which didn't show up in the inbox either.

I requested password reset just now and it was sent right away. So either your emails were incorrect or you have spam options that filtered support@nexon.net from reaching your inbox.

Try using IE instead of FF, I just attempted to change my password from FF and it didn't work. IE did.

i used FF about an hour ago to unlock a mule and it was instantly sent and worked fine to login to the site, when prompted to reset my PW it also worked instantly. this was all done about 60-75 minutes ago. i was scared to try after reading everything ppl were going thru, but glad i did.

I think the problem lies with email providers such as Yahoo and AOL. So just sit tight.
