For a video game for a class of mine.

Coming soon, to a Flash near you!

**Added second style, the one we're going to use. I still might make something out of the first version.

Looks pretty awesome. Judging by the sprite, is it an RPG or maybe a strategy-type game?

Side-scrolling Platform RPG is what we're aim at.

I did two styles, the pixel oriented one above and this one:

Class voted and we're going to continue development with this, second style.

The blade of the weapon threw me off a little; thought it was loose headgear to begin with until I looked closer. Other than that, looking forward to seeing how the movement (walking, attacking, anything that isn't stationary and at rest) of these sprites will be animated.

Minor gripe: the 2nd sprite's feet gain pixels at the bottom in the 2nd frame. Fantastic work though.

This. Good job, it looks really nice. What program did you use?

Same here. I think it could be positioned a little better.

I don't seem 'em. What color are they or where, exactly?

I did notice that the image has an aura of white pixels around the character, but that won't happen in-game.

Things like weapon repositioning will be easily fixed. And as always, thanks a bunch for the comments, they're really helpful and keep 'em coming!

Bonus running frame:

His feet grow about 1 pixel taller (the image with colored in pixels gains an extra row of pixels at the bottom) in the "down" frame. It only looks odd because the torso doesn't move at all.

I have no idea what you're seeing because the legs in both frames are identical.

I've been staring about 5 minutes at my bouncing Warrior and still, I notice no change in the legs.

Oh wow. I just noticed he as wielding a scythe! I thought he was using a stick and that the blade of the scythe was part of his helmet. I feel REALLY stupid now lol.

Hey now, I've just realized that. [/color]

Not the one on the left, the one on the right. I'm watching the line where the image ends move up and down.
