Vote on IRC quotes.

While I agree to an extent, I'm not removing any that have been vouched for. It means someone wants it and having subjectively "bad" quotes doesn't hurt.

Might as well keep them all then, because there's someone who can/will enjoy them. But since they're going to be spammed (I don't mean brought up once in a while. My experience with #southperry shows me that half of the members love living in the past and constantly !quote) I think what gets added should be met with skepticism.

I think that's missing a lot of the decent new ones that were made. Which is a shame, cause I liked that old quote log.

Hi guys, I'm not gone.
Old quotes are still there. I would keep them and selectively delete the pointless ones. Old quotes are great imo, as they can sometimes describe what the atmosphere in the IRC community was way back in the "old days". Up to you guys, though.
I can upload the full, current quotes file if you guys want it anyway.
