Definitely some insane overkilling. He wasn't hitting crits as often as I thought he would though. Maybe it doesn't stack perfectly with SE.
no no i'm sure you are the one who needs to read.. not only was it posted before we were discussing it, although the discussion was not a long one.

Since you two seem seem to be so sure it wasn't posted.. here's the quote n_n (page 9 has the actual link)

Yeah that was the first thing that came to mind. I hope they speed up Demolition in Rebalancing Patch II.

That's because they don't have base criticals. 15 + 35 = 50% And remember mirror image acts like shadow partner, so only look at the bottom half.
In fact, I'm mostly sure they DO stack on everyone... I mean, look at that Aran down there... HE'S RAPING THE WHOLE PLATFORM.

I am crying for my Buccaneer now. They are like Mega Man, while the Dual Blade is Mega Man X with Golden Armor from X3.

well... arans are strong and we knew that.. but do you realize what this all means? if they do stack, some people thinking nightlords are broken now? just wait until you see them IF thorns + SE stack and then add on that beautiful new critical adventurer ring..

Not like anything matches up to them anyways.

Hm... According to Spadow's latest blog post, the first Tornado Spin listed in the data either doesn't exist, or both of the Tornado Spins are combined into one skill in the actual game.
http://spadow.wordpress.com/2010/02/21/3...ual-blade/
It makes sense. I don't know how anyone's going to go about allocating their SP when you only get 43+ SP during 3rd job and split all of that across 4 different 20 SP skills. At least this way, there's only 3 skills to choose between.

We already know that Tornado spin has two parts. It's like how Full Swing only shows as one skill but has data for two.

they get SP so their 8 attacks get turned to 16 attacks. not to mention all they need to access it is Dark sight, while buccaneers need S. transform.
God i hope the KMS "rebalance" gets buccaneers at least on par with something.

Is the range on chains of hell correct in the tables? It was way farther than that in the video.

There's two values for range, presumably one for hit box and one for pulling distance, since not everything can be pulled.

Is it safe to say then for enemies that can't be pulled the pulling part is ignored for stationary bosses? As in, the attack gets faster.
With or without the above happening, this skill completely destroys demolition in every way possible.

So apparently Chains of Hell does work on immobile monsters if they're within a certain range (I think it's the 140% range in the skill tables). I just saw a video on Insoya of a Dual Blader using it on Newties. The pulling effect misses and nothing else happens when he is too far. But when he was within a certain range, the initial hit (pulling effect) misses but the actual attack hits.
Here's the insoya link, hopefully someone will put it on youtube:
http://www.insoya.com/bbs/zboard.php?id=ucc&no=9905
So if that's how Chains of Hell is intended to work...brb making this class my main.
