1.it wasnt nexon fault i got hacked, was my fault

In theory this should be standard practice for hacked accounts, but seeing as it's Nexon, good job getting your account, equips and mesos back. I'm surprised it was still on record after so long.
Although begs the question, were they more responsive to you because you were level 200 or because of your status in-game, or was it just because you had your account hacked and your stuff needed to be returned in the name of customer service? There are several hacked accounts whose owners don't get treatment like this, usually due to "lack of information".

well i submitted a ticket about my hacked account on 2/11 and they responded on 2/20 that they're investigating so i hope they don't take too long.
i do hope though that they're not more sympathetic to you because you are lv200 -.-;; that would be unfair.

Well i really dont know, since i opened the ticket in august 2009, and the last time GM tiara replied to it was in september, then she contacted me again in february 2010;

they had all my info, because of facebook, myspace, etc.
i got banned because i requested a temporary ban through better business bureau.

Wow. BRB, out checking for flying pigs, angels and UFOs.
If they were to do the same for the probably thousands of others hacked in the past few months it would be an enormous task.
Were you unusually good at documenting equips you had etc., or were they able to look up what you had from data backups or something?
