Uh....... wow. Reading about his life of how he gained over 100 pounds because of Maple? Good god, is this the type of crap one needed to go through to get to 200 when it was still a race?

I mean, yeesh. I barely changed at all from going from 1-168 on my Pirate in about a year; still roughly as strong as ever and some belly fat (no weight change) but no ZOMGweightexplosion. I dunno if that's the real silverbg2, but wow at what he went through. I feel bad for him. However, reading the last big paragraph he wrote, it sounded like he was inspired by the same video/flash I saw, and is covering up his character deletion as being hacked so he can safely quit Maple forever so he can gain back what he lost. My 2 cents on the analysis of his last paragraph.

Lol. In about 5 years of Maple, I went from 6'0'' and 150lbs to 6'5'' and 170lbs. That's with Martial Arts until '08 and then doing nothing but sitting on my ass for the past two years, with the exception of walking to school for Japanese lessons.

Ive pretty much stayed the same weight as well (230 pounds at 6'3"). I think I would go crazy if I ended up 100 pounds heavier from playing a_@.

Reading his story though, it makes me proud that I've gotten to where I am without training 17 hours a day, buying mesos or outrageous amounts of nx, gaining a ton of weight, etc.

Since his char was deleted it sounds like the issue was sharing login info or some other sort of breach not related to the previous random hackings.

All MMORPGS consume people with low self control and huge time waster.

From what I read in that long post, he was also a member of Excellent/VenG, a guild notoriorious for activities such as KSing and harrassment. I am not even a part of that server, but anybody that had a "great time" in VenG is not somebody that deserves a lot of sympathy from the general public.

In that case, that character deletion, though still never a good thing, was an act of karma that was just waiting to happen.

However, the part where he said he was expelled from Excellent also makes me think that someone that either knew the login info or was/is affiliated with Excellent thought this would make "payback" or something.
