Most of the shadower class' gameplay faults (as far as I'm concerned) were largely ironed out with the new skill balances, so I won't be ragequitting my shadower because of this (not to mention I don't have the patience to level another non-mage to 4th job, let alone 16x). But a dagger based class with rush? That's mildly annoying. I bet shadowers are gonna be a whole lot rarer once these hit gMS.

Outside of that, looks like a fairly interesting class in terms of gameplay, and hopefully that damage is for promotional purposes only.

We won't know until the patch is over. So just sit back and wait until it's done and we'll find out whether it's a Hero, Adventurer or whatever.

Not really. It doesn't seem to involve itself with the Black Mage, it just follows the Balrog - Tristan storyline.

They're not DAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKA like Shadowers, but they sure seem like they got way more options of attacking and look cool while doing it.

I'm disappointed that they don't just dual wield their blades. Say goodbye to cheap dagger 60%s for a while. But at least I haven't made a Killic yet.

Who cares if they're technically adventurers? None of the same skills, none of the same advancements, more direct storyline, seperate CS, flashy skills. All of these things add it up to being a hero, or at the very least a hero/adventurer combo.

How does it sound like a Hero storyline? You're a part of the major character's group; You're not the major character.

This class = part of a group of adventurers sulhee organized to defeat her love. Group = adventurer. One person = hero.
