Miranda IM is my favorite IRC/IM client for Windows.

This monitor is the one with interesting stuff, the other usually just has Firefox/OO.o running.
Openbox, feh (for the background), Pidgin, Conky, irssi, ncmpcpp. URxvt with transparency enabled to make the last two look nice.
