The FCC isn't the problem. Its the Parents' Television Council that floods the FCC with complaints whenever anything mildly inappropriate pops up. I hate those stupid assholes.
You can put some blame on the FCC, though. But would you? Who wants to deal with those douchebags? Do enough to make them shut up and go away.
