It has nothing to do with that. It's too difficult and risky for them to stray from Nexon Korea's content. If they skipped this and Nexon Korea built on it later they'd be screwed.

They can't possibly expand on this any further unless japan comes out with another expansion and they nerf the s'hit out of it. The only thing this does is favor mid levels, make their own creation (CWK) less useful by adding training spots (good or bad), and screw over the high level community again.

The only high level area we have to look forward to now is ulu city (which sucks ass as far as training and bossing goes from what i see) and any sort of masteria expansion they have up their asses. Since masteria isn't even confirmed much less a high level area from it, WE HAVE NOTHING EXCEPT TEMPLE OF TIME. >_____________________>

Why so upset? I mean Neo tokio just has a great storyline, High leveled quests, Epic bosses, A cool 20 slo hat, and AMAZING! stars, bullets (and swords?)
