Amount of times you get a reset PIC email =/= amount of times someone's attempting to get you hacked.

A smart hacker would just use the tools at his disposal.

Can you look and see if the links are similar? If they are, I think Nexon made a stupid mistake in not using a radomizer for the reset link.

Some parts of the link are highly non-random. Other parts are not. I think it's just an encrypted string.

Well, that thought goes into the trash bin then. Im out of ideas for now.

You can make new characters without needing to input the PIC.

Fairly sure you don't need the PIC to make a new character, only to go on and delete them.

Ohhh..I assumed you need to enter the PIC before you get to pick a server, like PINS.

Nope. You enter the PIC when entering the game with a character. As for making one, I'm sure that doesn't need a PIC.
