I've got quite a lot of negative feedback to share myself. I'm sure potential customers reading this would love to see screenshots of hackers getting away with dc hacking players. We got to use this to our advantage. People need to see just how crappy the customer service is in this game. I'll even go as far as emailing the editors if I have to.

I doubt potential customers would have enough background knowledge of the game to know something like that with just a screenshot. o.o

Ive gone back every few hours to read whats been posted on that article, great stuff. Nice to see how we are trying to throw them under the bus for what they deserve, here's hoping something comes from it. 25 and counting.

The 'vocal minority' is probably a part of the 20% of customers who give (or gave rather) them 80% of their revenue. They should be careful about biting the hand that feeds them.
