The English Help Thread.

Although we all use English every day, I still think there's room and reason to improve it. Quote any mistake you see and feel free to grammar-nazi it, ask questions regarding the usage of words, structures, and/or any other lingual confusions you might have.
Otherwise, consider this my own attempt to seek answers for these questions.

1/ Punctuation
How exactly are punctuation marks used in conjunction with the brackets () and quotes ""?

This is Russt's explanation for the quotes

Outside, because it's a part of your sentence and not the quote.
Periods and commas go inside, semicolons go outside, questions and exclamations depend on whether they're from the quote or not.
