Nexon won't let me charge my account!

When I try to charge, I get this message:

did you try using IE to perform the operation?

*facepalm* Ill try that. I havent used IE since... forever...

if you have recently moved or changed locations. or you don't have a confirmed address on your paypal account, you might want to consider doing that :S

I have lived here for the last 5 years, and have charged NX on these same computers many times.

I've had that come up before as well. I was able to charge again in a few hours.

Have you charged a lot recently?

Havent charged in about 3 weeks, and then it was only a 10 $ and a 5$ charge

Its been like this for 3 days

And I really NEED to charge it today so I can get in on the gach sale

Have you tried using paybycash? You do the same, except you give your details to them instead of paypal, and you get MTS-able nx too for it, at the same cost

My mom doesn't trust western union or those other things, and also, those aren't instant, and I need instant.

I get the same message (I think) and it's because my account as deemed fraudulent.

Something to do with Nexon details not matching Paypals.

wtp, but i moved since i made the nexon account, and its my moms paypal account!

You might want to try to "precharge" your paypal account, aka sending money via your bank / creditcard to paypal first, like some pre-paid Paypal credit.

I have the same error ever since my paypal pre-paid money dried up, can't charge any NX myself now... but since I haven't charged NX for like 2 years, because apparently Nexon America doesn't want my money, so I stopped caring and simply stopped giving one shiet for Nexon America...

There are a few hundred $ of prepaid credit in the paypal account

NExon doesnt want my moneys, they wont even answer my ticket. Any other ideas?

It says they will get deleted if i send multiple tickets. MY original is still open.

Go here: http://www.ip2location.com/free.asp see if the city they say you're in is the same city the CONFIRMED address is in.

just login to paypal, go to profile > address and make sure you have your current address there and set as home.
