my aran @ anego

i was bored so i decided to go kill a couple of anegos. i can kill it hbless but, i cant record with fraps so my friend came to record for me and hbed me to save some pots. ( lol @ hb mules name). took me 16 mins to kill without mw, se, and only using a 12 attack pot. i guess i should also mention i still have 90 points of sp to reset from my mp back into my str. ( hp washing)

How much HP (before and after HB) do you have?

I wanted to try doing an Anego solo some day as well, though everytime I went there there were no anegos around... Any tips on when to search for one (Windia as well).

i am not lieing. its simple all you need to do is tank the touch dmg so that you are in blink frames to prevent slap dmg. i have done it before and if you have a c har in windia i would be glad to show you personally

this is a video of me soloing anego that my friend recorded for me. yes some of you may argue that it is not a solo if i had hb but i dont care what you all say. i was the only one attacking so its a solo. the video is edited because my friend felt that no one wanted to watch a 16 min anego lol. took 16 mins without any MW or SE and only using a 12 attack pot. i should also note that i still have 90 points that i need to reset from mp back into hp ( hp washing).

im sorry but i only know 1 aran in all of gms hp washed enough to anego hbless right now ( p12oxaran has 28k+ base forgot exact). that hb MULE did none of the atatcking therefore it is a SOLO. thats like if someone wrote the greatest book in the world all by himself but his friend provided the paper so people say he was assisted

if you SAW the ENTIRE thread you would also see me point out that i HAVE soloed anego hbless just i prefer not to because one slip up leads to a painful charm waste. that quote shows nothing of me not being able to tank anego dmg without hb? i can take a touch dmg and very soon with barrier i WILL be able to take a slap dmg hbless. so once again, not seeing where i lied.

your a drk. arans cant do the whole jump avoiding slap thing other wise i would. and we also cannot pin on top of the TV because our attacks force us forward slowly with every attack.

thx and yea id like to avoid what happened on basil, ive posted this on several forums and only the one on basil turned ugly. but i did anego with SE in about 5-7 mins w/o MW and only 12 att pot.

Because take away the accompanist and the singer / violinist won't die. This is not a solo. This is like the guy saying he soloed Zakum with Sharp Eyes.

I didn't mean jump avoiding the slaps. I meant doing it like a Bucc does (Demolition) by luring it to the right (combat step off the bar stool > jump over it while travelling and run), getting it on the top of the trophy cabinet then running left and going underneath it. Aran skills have a large range so they can reach Anego at the top if you're at the bottom, and if you're on the right platform you can spam attacks until you reach the edge of the platform and you don't move any further. You don't take any damage that way (so no need for HB)

The point is.
Your Aran doesn't have HB without using a mule, you're getting a benefit from another player.
So, regardless of everything, it's NOT a solo. Even if you can tank damage without HB. You used it, that nullifies your solo.
Even if you get Bless, MH, SE, etc. from another mule, just because you can't hit or want a damage increase, it's still not a solo.
Solo is when you kill a boss, using your own skills.

He explained why he had an HB mule. The HBer was a friend who was frapping for him. Some people lag horribly when they use stuff like that, so they have others do it for them. And has said he can just sit in anego's body to avoid slap but that burns pots like crazy.

Also rick, by your statement, then this is a solo, as take away the HB mule and he sits in body and still doesnt die. (I mean, you have a point, but the way you stated didnt make sense).

I think of a solo as something you did by yourself, with no one else to help. If a mule is involved, i think thats fine because how hard is it to control your own mule if you wanted? Also, as ClawOfBeta said, dictionary says you can have accompaniment. The mule didnt do any damage, and only saved him pots and time probably (i imagine sitting in body while killing takes longer due to risk of dying making you make sure of repots)

And like was said before, this isnt basil, lets not take this into a flamewar by shouting that he is lying or anything. True, according to the basil posts he wasnt 100% honest, but who the pineapple cares? he posted a video about him killing anego with very little help. Either congratulate him, comment on his method or whatever, but stop with the needless bickering.

so i cant solo in 16 mins? what makes you think that? ill be GLAD to show u me anegoing without hb and how long it takes. the hber was recording. you dont listen and your ignorant. dont see how ur calling the 16 mins BS but ur just plain dumb
