I think this is just their normal attack, not a skill. Because they have two blades makes sense that their normal attack will have two strikes.

I dont think a fan would make these skills unless they knew about the class.

A friend is showing them to me. I doubt a fan would be able to make these, they look very authentic. I don't think they are fanmade. However, there is a chance they could be fanmade I suppose.
