At first i was like "Who are you and what the hell are you doing asking so many questions?" then i realized i asked just as many. He came off a bit angry/kid-like. I figured him for a kid like a lot of people on maple, so i answered what i could to help him out. Unfortunately he isn't as fast as some people at interpreting information, so he kept on with the same questions. I just stopped answering him after his questions started getting overly redundant and not-thought-through. I'm sure he meant nothing by it, but really he could have done a little better with his posting- he had quite a few contradictions to himself AS WELL AS answering his own questions and practically ignoring some people's (obvious) answers. He's like this one kid i knew once that would ask the same thing over and over and over and over and over again until someone answered his question and then would ask more questions after that because he didn't get the concept.

Sad that he's left and his often entertaining posts are gone, but we move on.

Im not sad that he left us. Like i said in my previous thread: The truth about hyperhopper, this guy was trolling. He deserve a cookie for hiding it that well but some of his posts like the reaction to katie's one reflected a mature personnality. He was funny sometimes but he was trolling.

Hyper was probably one of the best things to have come to SP recently. i mean, in all honesty, has any other user recently been able to draw everyone together for a common goal? sure he was fond of asking the same questions over and over, but only when they werent answered and explained in detail. makes me kinda sad since i went to school with people that had mental handicaps and disabilities, so in a way i feel like i should have stepped up to help him out and defend him, maybe guide him a bit so as to not let him make an ass of himself, but at the same time i was enjoying seeing how everyone reacted to him and felt that itd be more fun to sit back and watch. sure i missed a good deal of all this, but still i stand by what i said; hyper will be missed, and he deserved a lot better.

though, honestly, the stuff about not liking girls, thinking boobs and kisses were gross... thats pushing it. really now, thats just flirting with that line where annoyance and innocence meet.

I feel like this thread shouldn't be closed. There's definitely something a lot of people here can learn from what's been posted here.

I don't support what the people here have done to Hyperhopper. Or are you implying nothing wrong has happened and this thread should close because of that fact?

Hyperhopper wasn't too bright, I don't know if anything was wrong with him, or if he was just trolling or what, but you guys deserve the infractions more than he did.

I didn't like him. It's obvious you guys didn't like him. Learn to ignore him or something, but don't insult him every chance you get; that puts you on a much lower level than him. You're all bashing him for being immature, and yet fail to see the point you were proving in saying what you said.

Wait, he posts at SmashBoards? If he posts at Smashboards, and very little to zero people are insulting him, something is definitely wrong. Smashboards has more elitists than any other pro-gaming community, serious. It's probably significantly more pro than the Halo-community.

This may sound very cold, but I do not feel sorry for him. If he could have realized the effects of what he said before he actually said it (which is what I do when I post stuff), I think he could have been spared. But that is not the case.

Did you checked his actual posts on Smashboards? If his writing style is completely different than in SW and SP, then he did nothing more than epicly trolled us all. The Smashboards are definitely srs business at a level we SPers won't achieve. I doubt his same behavior would be actually accepted there without a degree of repercussions.

He posts in a more refined-tone on Smashboards. Maybe he was excited when he was here, but in terms of his grammar errors and over-usage of smilies/emotes, they're pretty much the same. He just seems like he's more-so adapted with the Smash community. That was the only difference I saw when I tracked his posts. I don't think he's trolling.

Also, judging on his Shoddy team info, in a post that he made, seems like the kid DOES know what he's doing. Which means he's capable of intelligent-thoughts, maybe he just sucked at showing it off here in this community because we're all a bunch of ass-hats that won't admit our own mistakes.
