Hackshield: Hacking Programs are running?

After this patch in JMS, i've gotten a hackshield error that says I am running a hacking program. I've ran many virus checks and malwarebyte scans, and the few things i've "removed" apparently isn't gone, as they keep coming up. But now, I am still getting this error, and the checks show nothing. What could be the problem?
