each scroll has a 5% chance of working on that helm. And without those scrolls it has barely any stats. The odds of that actually happening are 0.05^22. I'm pretty sure you'd be more likely to win the jackpot on the lottery twice than you would be to scroll a perfect one of those helms.

It's impressive, but we'll likely never see a non-gm with one of these helms scrolled anywhere near perfect.

I'd get one just for the HP/MP and Acc/avoid. The speed/jump and stats just make it all the better. Really, you could have a statless character and have ALL of your stats from one hat. Godly.

Not trying to be nub, but what's H/O stand for? The only ones I see are L/O = Leave Offer and C/O = Current Offer.

I don't think you've made any trades beyond 2b before >.>
If the item is at max meso and the person has even 1 meso it cannot be bought.
The trade for 15b would either be 1.5m nx items such as 19 scg's that are easily sold for 1.8-2b depending on server
Even onyx apples in stacks of 100 can be used for trades like these.

it's only 1 meso, atleast for hired merchants it is. ive never had a max meso item in a permit shop with only 1 meso on me to try it. i dont see why it would be different though
